Two weeks ago, I completed my first organised sponsored walk. 20 km (12.5 miles, more or less) of Sussex downland – and over £400 for Parkinson’s UK. A lot of that is down to you, my generous readers and friends.
I am in the process of thanking everyone who left their name on Just Giving, but there were one or two anonymous donors. I don’t know who you are; I don’t need to know who you are – but I imagine that you might be reading this. So, thank you. And again thank you to everyone who did leave their name. I really, really do appreciate every penny that you’ve helped me raise. And I know that Parkinson’s UK do, too.
And if you haven’t quite got around to donating yet, there’s still time; the Just Giving page is still open.
